Aims of Scouting
The aims of scouting are:- the physical, mental and spiritual development of
young people, through the use of a progressive programme of exercises,
experiences and events.
The whole of scouting is undergoing a series of changes and developments designed to create a more flexible and relevant movement for the young people of today. The changes range from new uniform, and new programmes to the age at which members move from section to section.
